SHIPPING POLICY

At Herbal Options , we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Time

  • We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide):

    • Flat rate: $10.00 AUD

    • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): (Contact to discuss)​

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.

 

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

    • International shipping rates vary depending on the destination (Contact to discuss).

    • Delivery times may vary between 7-21 business days, depending on your location and local customs.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that unforeseen delays, such as those caused by external factors (e.g. extreme weather, customs delays, etc.), may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such instances.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Liability

Once products have been dispatched and you have been provided with your tracking number, liability of the delivery and condition of the package becomes to responsibility of the contracted shipping partner.

7. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via our shipping partner’s tracking system.

 

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the shipping fees will not be refunded. Please double-check your address details at checkout.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at brent@herbaloptions.au, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Herbal Options, our return policy is designed to provide clarity to our customers in the event of a change of mind or product dissatisfaction. We believe that a straightforward refund or exchange policy is key to building trust and reassuring customers that they can shop with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on facial masks under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at brent@herbaloptions.au with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

 

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you received the wrong item or a defective product. To arrange an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at brent@herbaloptions.au.

  • Provide your order number and details about the issue.

  • We will cover the shipping cost for exchanging any defective or incorrect items.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, you will need to return the item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order for the desired item.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at brent@herbaloptions.au with your order number and photos of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Used or opened products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact them directly for their return policies.
